As a developer, our company faced a number of production-related issues, which led to the scouting of prefab techniques available in the market. Unfortunately, there was no method which 100% satisfied the need and was user friendly.
In 2014, Moduco was established in Surat, Gujarat with the vision of breaking the limits of the conventional method of construction and to develop a sustainable way of protecting the environment without compromising quality. Today, Moduco is one of Surat's leading precast concrete construction companies, and the technique also resolved high inventory holding issues.
